Yamato mission

|
| This mission uses akBacon's F6F5 Hellcat which can be found at this site, or open the mission in Mission Builder and choose the stock F6F3 Hellcat. It is as historically accurate as I can make it. By Mark Perlotto 12/14/00, 7 KB.

Radar Kamikaze mission
(http://files.netwings.org/files/missions/Radar.zip)
|
| There is a lot going on in this mission. For fun and a change, just sit on the deck and watch the action unfold. Depending on the whim of the AI, kamikazes will attack your ship and either hit or splash down next to you drenching your airplane! The mission can also be played from the deck of the carrier Wasp. Just make a copy of both files and rename them Radar_wasp.dyn and Radar_wasp.mis, load the new mission in MB and drag Player aircraft to the Wasp. Then Save and exit. Now you can experience the kamikazes from either carrier. By Mark Perlotto 12/14/00, 7 KB

The Devastator Revenge
(http://files.netwings.org/files/missions/Rev-10.zip)
|
| After the battle of Midway, the Japanese carriers Akagi and Soryu are severely damaged and they are retreating to NW. The Cruiser Div. 8 and the 2nd section of the Battleship Div. 3, plus many destroyers protect the carriers. In the attempt to stop them, two TBD flights - VT-8 (you) and VT-3 - and one SBD flight - VB-6 - are launched by the Task Group 16.5. A flight of F4F - VF-8 - will assure air coverage. Extremely Good documentation, includes AIR file to make the stock Devastator flyable. By Giovanni A. Cignoni, 172 KB

Coral Sea
(http://files.netwings.org/files/missions/Coral_Sea.zip)
|
| This takes place on May 8th 1942 when the IJN was trying to invade New Guinea.. there were over 250 aircraft launched from both sides.(121 from Japaneses carriers and 122 from the American ) I didn't include that many.. slows it down alot. If you have installed nibbio's oil slicks and wakes.. and worked over your dp's for the carriers the action takes on new dimensions..the Yorktown can be left burning and the Lexington will be sunk.
