Italian noseart free

D. Clarke runnymeade@aol.com
These were free online images that had no copyright info. upon them for historical reasons preserved they are actual nose art of the Italian planes ranging from 1934 to 1950's.
This maybe the most complete Italian nose art on the web for cfs3. I hand did these into the dxtbmp.exe program from raw repainted images, resized, adjusted in alpha correctly somewhat and color managed.
The images no one owns except the artist who concieved these icons for those planes back then. No one image holds a copyright law to it for its historical value posting which was from the start freely made and designed or scanned by others over time. Plus the remaking changes of the image from its original and corrupted state i.e. hand painted and outlined.
This is for historical and enthusiasts reasons as proper division and markings for the planes. I do not claim ownership of the images merely giving others the chance to build on these templetes for free. The various personal or very few history sites these were posted on no copyright info. what so ever about it or its origin. Small Chance are fictious. Please accept my best effort to mention where ever they came from in origin but were best to my knowledge free to use or post.
Also the names of files do not reflect divisions directly by name of file like w it 10 which only means last nose alphabet of W with IT for Italy and number for how many in folder. Works in CFS3 3.0 and 3.1 and online. Nose Art sized to specks for cfs3.
A gift to those of the Isolittagatti.com and to Netwings.org website and Italian sim flyers and its history. Made for upcoming MAW campaigns.
Installation:
1. Put all of both the .dds and the .bmps in the c://microsoft games/cfs3/uires/ger/noseart folder 2. If that does not show them up on your plane in game then put in the c://microsoft games/cfs3/Aircraft/shared (-folder) all the ** .dds ** file types in that folder so that both folders of -- uires/ger/noseart folder -- and the -- cfs3/Aircraft/shared --folder have complete Italian ** .dds ** noseart files. That may fix that. 3. Put in uires/ger/noseart folder if you have CFS 3.0 or stock CFS3 3.1 and if you ** do not have Nek ** in order to make them still enemy in cfs3 games 'eyes' for nose art to work, and if ** you have Nek ** put in the Itl or IT folder or Italian folder of the uires/It/noseart folder or follow their instructions (pay attention to their "pilots unlimited " and nationalities warnings). ***Warning if you do not follow my instructions and or not follow Nek instructions do not do this if you don't know what your doing. I am not Liable for damages to your or any computer, please consult a cfs3 tech if you don't know. Follow Microsoft CFS3 loading instructions of noseart SDK info. or tech on web at http://microsoft/cfs3. Always backup noseart in case you over right by these files names some of your own you named. If they are the same names merely rename my same .dds to the same .bmp i.e. w it 10.bmp and w it 10.dds as renamed together and not apart as say example w it 10.bmp if renamed into w italian 10.bmp then also the rename of w italian 10.dds to so must be done. That goes for all files in c://microsoft games/cfs3/uires/ger/noseart and c://microsoft games/cfs3/Aircraft/shared folder Must be identical in name to nose art conversions. Same rules for Nek except of the .dds and .bmp placements in folder spot c://microsoft games/cfs3/uires/It/noseart and not the cfs3/ger/noseart folder To do otherwise is to put them out of sink of viewing and allocation by cfs3. Therefore know what your doing, many of us go thru great pains to find this out the hard way so just spare the pain if you don't understand this for yourself and mess up the game.
I hope this has satisfied Netwingscom high quality assurance and instruction format. Please contact me for any improvements of these noseart examples and encourage others to build on these free templetes of nose art so that Italy air history is played out and less to be forgotten. The reason I did this. Do not sell these files on cd or electronic printed or virtual material or otherswise, no one will own these files they are public domain. Please do not email me to retract these items to be made into pay or sell items, won't here of it. Any can share them for personal use only can not be mass produced for money period. (education historical reasons) Free, public domain, no royalty fee, no paying of this to me or permission to change these files you have all the right in the world to change them. I lay no claim for these this is a purely free to public service of game usage. Last of all "for your children's children to see the sacrifice and evil that war made' not to be repeated hopefully any time soon. Sinc. runnymeade@aol.com ps apologize for any fast spell errors, this is not spell checked.
