Same fella that produced 'Dragon and His Tail'--need I say more? A bit of .dp file tweaking is helpful but not necessary to enjoy a fine creation (v.2 much better than v.1).

This is the best P-40 model available. Very frame rate friendly. You have to download the weapons pack from a separate source to complete it but well worth the effort. From all I've read about the P-40 - this model comes very, very close to the actual FM. Highly recommended!
